Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

  • Products cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
    • The product is damaged during transit.
    • An incorrect item is delivered.
    • The package is received in a compromised condition.
  • To raise a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
  • BiteKar reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.
