Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of food products:
- Products cannot be returned once delivered.
- Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
- The package is received in a compromised condition.
- To raise a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
- BiteKar reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.
